What we collect
When you submit a quote, sample, or contact form we collect the information you provide: name, work email, company, country, shipping address when provided, and the details of your inquiry. We do not use advertising trackers. We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate site usage when enabled; it does not receive the contents of your inquiry. Formspree may apply its own spam-prevention measures when processing submissions.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to route it to the appropriate Impact Register distributor or partner for your territory. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not add you to mailing lists without your consent.
Retention and access
Inquiry records are retained for as long as needed to serve the business relationship. To request access to or deletion of your information, contact us via the contact page.
Third parties
Form submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered by email to our team. The site is hosted by Vercel. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when fonts load.
